Ingredients

  • 4 Anjou pears
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Small block goat cheese
  • ¼ cup pecan pieces
  • 2 tbsp blood orange olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon pear balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

Bake the Pears:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
