Cranberry Brie Flatbread

This elegant cranberry brie flatbread is perfect for holiday entertaining or a quick appetizer. The combination of creamy brie, tart fresh cranberries, and aromatic rosemary creates a sophisticated flavor profile, while the cranberry balsamic drizzle adds a sweet-tangy finish.

Ready in just 15 minutes, this impressive appetizer looks like it took hours but requires minimal effort. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any festive gathering!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp rosemary olive oil
  • 2 tsp cranberry balsamic vinegar
  • 1 package naan-style flatbreads (2 per package)
  • 6 oz brie cheese, rind removed
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a sheet pan large enough to fit both flatbreads (or use two small pans).
  2. Use a pastry brush to spread rosemary olive oil over each flatbread.
  3. If using, spread ½ tbsp mascarpone on each flatbread.
  4. Break brie into smaller pieces and distribute 3 oz over each flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle ¼ cup fresh cranberries over each flatbread.
  6. Top each with half of the chopped fresh rosemary.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes until cheese is browned and gooey, and the bottom of the flatbread is crisp.
  8. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle cranberry balsamic vinegar over each flatbread.

To Serve

Slice into wedges and serve immediately while warm and crispy. Perfect for holiday parties, Thanksgiving appetizers, or Christmas entertaining!
