Cranberry Brie Flatbread

This elegant cranberry brie flatbread is perfect for holiday entertaining or a quick appetizer. The combination of creamy brie, tart fresh cranberries, and aromatic rosemary creates a sophisticated flavor profile, while the Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar drizzle adds a sweet-tangy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Rosemary Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 package naan-style flatbreads (2 per package)
- 6 oz brie cheese, rind removed
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a sheet pan large enough to fit both flatbreads.
- Use a pastry brush to spread Rosemary Olive Oil over each flatbread.
- If using, spread ½ tbsp mascarpone on each flatbread.
- Break brie into smaller pieces and distribute 3 oz over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup fresh cranberries over each flatbread.
- Top each with half of the chopped fresh rosemary.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until cheese is browned and gooey, and the bottom of the flatbread is crisp.
- Remove from oven and immediately drizzle Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar over each flatbread.
To Serve
Slice into wedges and serve immediately while warm and crispy. Perfect for holiday parties, Thanksgiving appetizers, or Christmas entertaining!
