Ingredients
- 1 lb Dover sole fillets
- 1 tbsp sunset fish fry seasoning (or your favorite fish seasoning)
- 3 tbsp Meyer lemon olive oil, divided
- 1-2 tsp blueberry balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Sprinkle sunset fish fry seasoning evenly over both sides of the sole fillets.
- Drizzle 2 tsp Meyer lemon olive oil over the fillets. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet with remaining 2 tbsp Meyer lemon olive oil over medium heat until hot.
- Add seasoned fillets to the pan and immediately reduce heat to low.
- Drizzle blueberry balsamic vinegar over the fillets.
- Cook gently for about 6 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
