This easy mustard crusted chicken features artisan honey dill mustard and a crispy herb-Parmesan coating. The best part? No egg bath required! The mustard acts as the perfect adhesive for the breadcrumb coating while adding incredible flavor.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1½ tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Tuscan herb & garlic dipping blend
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp honey dill mustard (or artisan mustard of choice)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Avocado oil for coating pan
Directions
Prepare the Coating:
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Coat a baking sheet with avocado oil.
- On a plate, mix together bread crumbs, fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese, fresh thyme, and Tuscan herb & garlic blend. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix honey dill mustard with minced garlic.
Coat and Bake:
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Brush mustard-garlic mixture generously onto both sides of each chicken breast.
- Dip chicken breasts into the bread crumb and herb mixture, pressing gently to coat both sides evenly.
- Transfer seasoned chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165-170°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 7-10 minutes before slicing.
