Parmesan Garlic & Truffle Mashed Potatoes

These ultra-creamy mashed potatoes are infused with Parmesan & Garlic Olive Oil and luxurious Black Truffle Sea Salt for an elegant side dish perfect for holidays and special occasions.

Cook the Potatoes:

  1. Peel and dice potatoes into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  2. Place in a large saucepan, add sea salt, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook until potatoes fall apart when poked with a fork, about 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the Cream Mixture:

  1. While potatoes cook, heat half-and-half and crushed garlic in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and set aside.

Mash and Finish:

  1. Drain cooked potatoes thoroughly. Return to pot and mash until smooth.
  2. Add the garlic-cream mixture and grated Parmesan. Stir to combine.
  3. Add Parmesan & Garlic Olive Oil and Black Truffle Sea Salt. Mix well.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken before serving.
