When autumn arrives and temperatures drop, it's time for warm, gooey fruit pies fresh from the oven! This deep dish apple pie uses vanilla and caramel balsamic vinegars to bring out the essence of the fruit without being overpowering. The best part? No bottom crust needed since it's baked in a deep dish.
This recipe is perfect for those who aren't expert bakers - it's straightforward and forgiving. The balsamic vinegars replace some of the sugar while adding depth and complexity to the traditional apple pie flavor. Serve warm with your favorite ice cream for the ultimate autumn dessert.
