Use as a savory, nutty, complement to veggies like sauteed green beans, roasted cauliflower or sweet potatoes. Make a nutty vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar for salad greens or avocado. Brush on cut squash, peppers, or fish before grilling or roasting. The oil has a smoke point of 425°F, or medium-high heat.
