Cook the Chicken:

  1. Heat Basil Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Add chicken to skillet and cook until golden and no longer pink, about 8 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer cooked chicken to a plate and set aside.

Make the Peach Basil Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and chopped shallot.
  2. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced peaches and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in White Peach Basil Balsamic Vinegar.
  5. Simmer until sauce is slightly reduced, about 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in torn fresh basil.

To Serve
