Our Mushroom Fettuccine is a delightful umami-laden pasta – earthy and rich – hearty and delicious. You can use this fettuccine as a main dish or a “primi” to start your favorite Italian meal. Toss with Alfredo, pesto or marinara… or any hearty savory sauce. Create your own Mushroom Pasta Puttanesca with Kalamata olives, garlic, red pepper flakes and briny capers – adding fresh tomatoes then combine with a high-quality canned or jarred tuna. Create a mushroom bomb by tossing in our Portobello Garlic EVOO or try our Shallot Garlic EVOO or Roasted Garlic EVOO. 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Add pasta to a large pot of salted boiling water; stir. After water boils, cook per instructions below or until desired tenderness. Do not overcook. Drain, toss immediately with your favorite sauce or olive oil.

COOKING TIME: 4-5 minutes

INGREDIENTS: Unbleached Wheat Flour, bolete European flour, champignon flour and Water. CONTAINS WHEAT.
