Prickly Pear Balsamic Vinegar
Prickly Pear cactus fruit has a taste similar to raspberries and watermelon with a slight bite of Kiwi fruit. This is wonderful used as syrup for pancakes or drizzles over cheesecake. Try as a rimmer with salt on your margarita glass or spike your lemonade or other cocktails with it.
