Roasted Garlic and Basil Linguini
This pasta is a combination of slightly sweet and mellow roasted garlic with Italian basil, this is a great pasta to combine with a homemade marinara. Saute ground beef and pork – add sauteed onions and garlic – pour in crushed tomatoes with some tomato paste – and add your favorite Italian spices. Then simmer. Toss your pasta in the sauce and top with grated Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts. Or simply toss with our Portobello Garlic EVOO… or Parmesan Garlic Rosemary EVOO.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Add pasta to a large pot of salted boiling water; stir. After water boils, cook per instructions below or until desired tenderness. Do not overcook. Drain, toss immediately with your favorite sauce or olive oil.
COOKING TIME: 3-4 minutes
