Argentinian Blend

This blend of extra virgin olive oil is from Argentina, and it exhibits a very smooth flavor. It contains 410 mg/kg of polyphenols. This varietal blend EVOO would be easy to work with in almost any instance due to its mellow flavor profile. It has light pepper and grass, with a buttery finish.

The varietals in this blend are Arbequina, Picual, Frantoio, Barnea, Coratina and Arauco.
